Watsonia 50s Plus Club Inc, BBQ 2024
Nearly 100 members came together to enjoy our Christmas BBQ on Thursday, December 19, 2024. While initially planned as an outdoor event in the park, the forecast of hot weather prompted us to move indoors to the hall for everyone’s comfort. Ross and our members organized the round tables to create a welcoming and relaxed setting.
A big thank you to Roger and John for expertly grilling the sausages and our wonderful team of ladies for preparing a delicious salad for lunch. This was followed by a refreshing dessert of ice cream and homemade fruit salad.
This event was a nice way to wrap up the year for our club.

This is a great opportunity for our Club to have a social outing in a comfortable environment. Sit down to a two-course delicious luncheon with unsurpassed views of the race day action and picturesque countryside. Full payment is due three weeks in advance.

Non-members who share with a member will be accepted.
It would be helpful if people shared accommodation as there are a limited number of rooms available. Some people have already expressed an interest in going on the trip. Please add your name to the list in the foyer if it is not already there. If you are unable to go to the Watsonia hall please contact Mary Ann Williams before Christmas if you would also like to go on the Tasmanian trip.
