Tai Chi and Qigong may help improve your health, strength, balance, concentration, and mental well-being and have fun while doing it.
For beginners to advanced students, a moving meditation, gentle exercises, and low impact.
Wear comfortable clothing, everybody is welcome.

Your costs are a $35.00 yearly membership fee, and the activities are free, except we would appreciate a Gold Coin donation each week to help cover the cost of your afternoon tea.
