Tai Chi and Qu Gong Classes are held at Watsonia 50’s plus club, 35 Lambourn Rd, Watsonia Community Hall, Thursday mornings 9.00 am to 9.45 am (except School holiday’s).

Moving meditation, gentle exercise low impact. Wear comfortable clothing, everybody welcome.
